President Trump was reportedly spotted hitting the links at his Bedminster, N.J., golf club on Saturday ahead of a tweet he posted about holding meetings.
Journalists tweeted a photo of Trump playing golf at the New Jersey club that was posted to an Instagram account Saturday before it was apparently deleted.
Trump mentioned “meetings” in a tweet Saturday evening that claimed his stay at his property in New Jersey would be less “expensive” and “disruptive” than staying at his penthouse in New York.
It’s not uncommon for Trump to golf while at his properties. Trump has spent 22 days since taking office at his golf properties, according to a tally maintained by The New York Times, which has tracked a number of his golf outings.
The White House didn’t immediately return an inquiry about the photo.
